Thank you for shopping with American Road Magazine! We appreciate your support and are excited to bring you merchandise celebrating America's highways, road trips, and travel adventures.

Order Processing

All merchandise is made to order especially for you. Because each item is printed or produced after your order is placed, orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before they ship. During periods of high demand or holidays, production times may be longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners. Estimated transit times vary based on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production is complete, although delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipment notification.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. If this occurs, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee changes after an order has entered production. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

International Orders

We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada and the European Union. During checkout, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and import duties (when applicable) are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase. The total shown at checkout reflects the amount due for your order.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable production and shipping partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience should these situations arise.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damaged items so we can work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
